Return policy
Our change of mind policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your iterm must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The country for the return is Germany. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returming your iterm.
We have offices in Germany, but currently we ship from our warehouse in US, China and Singapore where our manufacturer is located.
For this reason we can keep the prices low and do not have to charge shipping costs.
To return a product, fill out The contact form form. Include your order number, which product you want to return (if you ordered more than one) and why you want to return the product. We will then send you the return instructions.
If we have received the items you have returned in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.
For all return conditions I refer you to the general conditions articles 6, 7 and 8.
Of course, we always do everything we can to ensure that you, the customer, are satisfied.
